Our strategy sessions generally consist of a 30-minute to one-hour session availing high level business consultations with solid calculated steps and measures for an organization or individual to establish, grow, reduce cost, rejuvenate, or restructure.  Regardless of size or need, a strategy session can aid your organization with cost effective measures in most disciplines that offset our consultation fees, therefore enabling cost saving tactics.

Many initial consultations come at no cost to allow our organization to understand your business needs and adapt a customized strategy to fit your organizational needs.  We take pride in connecting with clients to help shape, understand, and target goals to ensure objectives are met.  Generally consultations last 30-minutes; however, we take the necessary time to ensure we understand our clients.

CORPORATE EVENTS

The Dieng Group welcomes corporations to ascertain our organization for speaking engagements at corporate events or outings in small or large group settings that are tailored to meet business objectives regardless of geographical location.
